WHY PROJECT521?
A name inspired by the reality faced by millions of women worldwide.
Project521 derives its name from the approximately 521 menstrual cycles experienced by women during their lifetime. Each cycle represents a unique journey, and for millions of women living with endometriosis and other reproductive health conditions, those journeys are often marked by pain, misunderstanding, and delayed care. Project521 exists to change that reality.

The Run4Endo 21KM Virtual Marathon is a powerful endurance campaign under Project521, bringing together runners, advocates, and supporters in a shared mission to raise awareness around endometriosis and women’s health. Participants complete the half marathon from any location, symbolizing solidarity with those silently battling chronic pain and delayed diagnosis.
More than a race, Run4Endo is a movement—transforming every kilometer into advocacy, education, and action. Through collective participation, we amplify voices, challenge stigma, and push for better access to care and support systems for women across communities.
